I like puzzle games with high scores (not set levels) so that you can get better at it and challenge yourself. Examples include (1) Fling!; (2) Mouse About; (3) Fuzzle and (4) Totemo. I am not counting games with a certain number of fixed non-random levels that you can just keep replaying forever to try to get a better score -- the puzzles need to be endless, randomly generated or at least so numerous as to not matter. I suppose one could technically include match-3s, but lets not.
What are your favorites in this genre? I think my favorite is Fling! Mouse About is very good too, but suffers by comparison with only one mode. |
