I asked a friend to translate my game's info into japanese,and in itunesconnect, I choose localization -->janpanese, to add those info but in itunes,when I choose country to japan, find my game, the info is still in english,why? it's been 5 days since I upload japanese info, and in itunesconnect, it's alright. and I don't know the email to turn to,couldn't find in itunesconnect please help me
This is completely normal. You will not see it in Japanese in iTunes, even if you switch stores, because you don't have the correct language settings. If you see it in Japanese when you review it on iTunesConnect, it is correct.
Yep...if you switch your computer to Japanese (not just the iTunes store), then you can see it. --Eric
