The game is just good. It's not awesome. I just like it. I hate the fact with IAPs which was already mentioned a few times. When looking for a really good, playable game things like this count.

Hey all. This game is amazing. Not only to look at but to play as well. The gameplay is incredibly addictive.
I have Been reading the reviews and they seem good. I see a lot of criticism regarding IAP. I don't understand why the negativity. I have been playing the game alot, and as of yet I haven't needed the IAP. It's not in your face at all, infact unless you look for it you don't even know they are there. No popups or anything. They are only to buy more "magic" that you slowly generate while playing anyway. The magic is needed to use the aim arrow, which with persistence you do not really need. Although it can help on a few of the trickier levels. Also magic is needed to fire the "special shots", earthquake and lunar shower. These 2 abilities give you badges and no score but are needed to obtain the mentioned "gold plate" behind the crown on the level select screen. Rather than the normal "blue plate". The game can be completed, gold crowns, all gems, coins and gold plates without using the IAP. If you are persistent enough. Overall I am extremely happy with the game and can't wait for the new levels. Awesome job Wicked-Witch. |

The perspective isn't really my cup of tea, but then I'm one of those who prefer 2D Mario games to Call of Duty FPS's.
It would be an interesting experiment to see how well this game will do compared to Angry Birds, though! |

Thanks for the positive responses guys!
We've been pretty stoked about how the game has been received, and are working hard at the moment on the first update. Look forward to getting it out to you all in the near future

The game was kinda... meh. Played 4 or 5 levels to completion then deleted. Don't care much for the perspective, and of course I'd rather burn the eyeballs of newborn puppies with flaming needles than buy consumable IAPs.
I won't rate it poorly as I can see the quality and acknowledge the workmanship though. |

I couldn't agree more. I'm really enjoying this game. Just because you have the ability to buy magic via IAP that somehow ruins the game? That's laughable. I could understand if the levels were so hard that you almost couldn't progress without IAP purchases, but that's not the case.

Been pleasantly surprised with this one. I'm not by any means an Angry Birds fan (I'll play it, but it's far from the greatest thing since sliced bread IMO).
I love the perspective and the little touches that make it a lot more fun to play (like the movements of the soldiers). The game starts out pretty easy and, frankly, I wasn't that impressed at first. As you progress (yeah, I know, just like in Angry Birds), you get some nifty new abilities. I'm glad I stuck with it because it really becomes enjoyable. Love how you can hit a dragon and it'll blow down the towers. Anyway, just my two cents. This as far as 3D AB clones and Bullistic Unleashed for 2D are currently my go to games in this genre. The fact that I even play them with the tons of other games on my plate is saying something. Oh, and what's with the IAP "controversy", I hate IAPs as much as anyone else, but I've played over half the game so far and haven't had a single need for them. Even though the difficulty increases at a nice, even pace, it's still been overall fun, fairly easy in the scheme of things and far from the frustration others like this give.
