Game was recently updated today, two noticeable changes I can see is a new bar across the top of the arena with WWE Tap Mania logo across it. Similar to how that light runs across above seats in WWE Arenas IRL. Also the prestige system has been updated so there's no longer a bunch of cards that get leveling up via card shards. But instead you get Prestige Points you can put into lots of different Perks.
