What do you think? As I read Apple enabled adblocking in apps too. So not only in browsers.
    Or I am misunderstanding something?

I think it's only in Safari.

Unless the app you're using has it's own add blocker.

Though don't all 'alternate' browsers ultimately use Safari?

Ad blocking has been possible on ios for a while there's an app called weblock that's works over wifi that blocks ads in games and also in browsers, the same company also have an app that blocks ads over mobile data too but I've forgotten the name.

Weblock has been available for yonks.

They use WebKit which is the engine behind Safari, but I don't think they get the adblockers
