I purchased every single one of these during their last fire sale and I must say...don't bother. Don't even think about bothering. These are horrible on anything that's not 320x480. They look simply atrocious on the Retina iPhone/iPod and even worse on an iPad 1, 2, or 3. Trust me on this one; Big Blue Bubble never, ever bothered to give these the TLC they deserved. That's probably why they're being yanked and the license moving to another developer. Edit: You CAN read the text. It's as sharp as ever. It's just, everything else...this series deserves better.
Didn't Gamebook Adventures acquire these licenses? ...Which suggest titles will reappear ij a different engine, maybe even retina enabled...
I found GA4 to be the best, but some people were put off by the artstyle. GA1 and GA3 were also very good in my opinion, but I don't think you can really go wrong with any of them.
Wow that's pretty harsh, ive read them all on my iPod 4G and they look and play fine IMO. They don't have the same polish as the tin man books but there perfectly usable and enjoyable. If your a fan though I suppose you will already have them all anyway.
Agree and they should take this down to $0.99 AGAIN or 5 for $3.00 or FREE, they'll be gone and no one will care. fighting fantasy city of thieves http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/city-of-thieves/id404245038?mt=8 fighting fantasy citadel chaos http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/fighting-fantasy-citadel-chaos/id347059679?mt=8 fighting fantasy creature http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/fighting-fantasy-creature/id347060313?mt=8 fighting fantasy deathtrap http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/fighting-fantasy-deathtrap/id347056818?mt=8 fighting fantasy warlock firetop http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/fighting-fantasy-warlock-firetop/id345137138?mt=8 City of Thieves ***Only 24 hours eft before this app is gone from the iTunes FOREVER.***This is your last chance to get this game!!… $2.99 Buy Now Watch Media Details***Only 24 hours eft before this app is gone from the iTunes FOREVER.***This is your last chance to get this game!!!Terror stalks the night as Zanbar Bone and his bloodthirsty Moon Dogs hold the prosperous town of Silverton to ransom.
