Yeah, 5 and 11 are pretty ambiguous games. They're Yslandia and Yoo Sports. The beginning letters spell out "Will you be my Valentine" xP. Haha, she's amazing.
WHA!? Tonight? I haven't been keeping up with the thread too much, so I had to look if it was Wednesday, heh. Lemme go clean all of the water I spat in amazement off my screen.
Ok so I'm getting a refill soon as I won 25$ from Buzly Labs and I've been outta credits for a while now, so could someone list like 10(maybe more) must have games from the past 3 weeks?
in order of release Blot Zombie Bunnies Speed Blazers (I think you skipped out on those three a few weeks ago because your credits were low) Anyways... Reckless Racing 2 Gorilla Gondola Shogun: Rise of the Renegade Awesome land Food Fight Gravity Maze Lyst Ignition -------------- Beat Hazard Ultra Ragdoll Blaster 3 Raid Leader DoDonPachi Blissful death Dariusburst Diggin' dogs *I can be more specific (detailed) if you need be to be, since I listed quite a few games. *I also assumed you didn't need a list for this week. *Lastly, WTH is searching for GOTWs like pulling teeth?!?
I'm looking for really fun games. If you've got any, feel free to suggest them. Also: From this list, which games are the most worth getting: Adventures of Tintin, Ace Rider (formerly Fathead), Prince of Persia: WW, Earthworm Jim, Rayman 2, Uniwar HD, Outfoxed, Hockey Nations 2011 Pro, Blade Dash, or Woody Woodpecker. Any impressions on the above games are appreciated!
Games like The Lost City? I picked up The Lost City for my wife as she's always liked Myst. She really liked it, but finished it last night. Are there other games like this I can pick up for her? It's not really my genre, but I think she's looking for more than hidden object games, it's the puzzles she likes as well and the gorgeous artwork behind it.
Well if you really want a fun game and a hockey game, HN 2011 Pro is one, but Icebreaker Hockey is even a better one. Adventures of Tintin is a highlight in GL's catalog of freemiums and it's great from waht I've heard.
Well, did you pick up The Secret of Grisly Manor by the same dev for free? It is much shorter than The Lost City, but awesome as a freebie. Beyond that and apart from Myst itself, which is supposed to be a very good port (I didn't play it, though) - Return to Mysterious Island. Also has beautiful landscapes, but additionally you can look around and combine items in the inventory to solve puzzles. Survival-themed, with largely logical puzzles. I really liked it and it is just a buck (iphone version). Another first-person adventure P&C worth looking at is Dracula, Path of the Dragon 1-3. . It doesn't have too many puzzles, but a nicely creepy, foreboding atmosphere and a fairly interesting story. Part 1 is free. It is also very short. Parts 2 and 3 a more substantial, though.
I already have Icebreaker, actually. Is HN 2011 Pro a lot of fun as well? I know they're completely different, but HN 2011 Pro looks pretty good to me, plus it has multiplayer, but I dunno... Will likely pick up Tintin then. Only thing stopping me from doing it instantly is the size. Also if anyone owns Ace Rider (used to be Fathead), Prince of Persia: Warrior Within, Earthworm Jim, Rayman 2, Outfoxed, Bring Me Sandwiches, or Woody Woodpecker, I'd really appreciate if you posted what you thought of it here, in terms of fun value, content, or virtually anything about the game. Thanks!
Hmm...I might start posting in the game impressions thread again. I thought posting in the game's dedicated threads would be enough, but I feel like there will be some crazy awesome games--a lot of them-- that get missed this week, especially since there are a couple games that came out this week that'll prolly dwarf other stuff. IDK...
Just grabbed: LoE2 Beat Sneak Bandit Pizza Vs. Skeletons Little Acorns Robot Gladi8tor Pretty sweet of releases so far!
