Love the art, the trailer is hilarious, I'm always up for something that pushes an overdone genre in a new direction. Even though it's $3 for what's essentially "another runner", I spent the last hour and 30 mins trying to get the App Store to work and I figured that was worth $3. >_> Hoping this doesn't end up being the weekly "price-drop in 3 days" app of the week. copaeci Well-Known Member Nov 2, 2012 1,606 0 0 student, writer, reviewer, beta tester ID http://about.me/yesi.livera #3 copaeci, Mar 21, 2013 Last edited: Mar 21, 2013 looks promising metalcasket Moderator Staff Member Patreon Silver Patreon Gold Patreon Bronze May 24, 2010 11,064 1,340 113 Deepest Circle, Hel #4 metalcasket, Mar 21, 2013 Last edited: Mar 21, 2013 The following is just a bunch of random thoughts thrown together: This game is just amazing. No, I mean it. It just feels like it's not from this era. First of all, I'm pretty damn certain there is not a single frickin' appearance of IAPs. Second of all, there are a ton of boulders to unlock, each through different stipulations. Clearing off easy mode (which is like 5 levels long) unlocks a Challenge mode (for example: Hit 3 men without using POW!), normal difficulty for Story Mode and unlocked a drum for me to use instead of a boulder (which I believe controls easier or something, but at the cost of less boost ring things appearing in the level), there are 2 additional modes (not including Challenge...which makes 4 modes in total), leaderboards, achievements, IT'S TILT ONLY with a sensitivity meter (gonna try putting it on my iPad after I'm done posting this), controls perfectly fine (but I guess a set of left, right and jump buttons could easily work on iPad...hoping the devs join this thread) the music is awesome, the levels are lovely and even though they share the same enemies, all of the obstacles are unique to each level, there's a romance betwee...well, that'll just be spoiling the game for you, looks like there's a ton of replayability....it's just awesome. Putting it on iPad now. If there are IAPs, forgive me as I haven't unlocked what I assume is an endless mode, but yeah...this is easily worth $3. sugimulm Well-Known Member Aug 28, 2010 2,456 46 48 The last time zone for iOS game releases :( #5 sugimulm, Mar 21, 2013 Thanks Casket, I guess this earn the Casket Seal of Approval, lol. And another thing I noticed was on the options menu, there is a tilt calibrator that shows in real time how it would behave in-game. Awesome for a game thats tilt only. And works very well. Playing as the rock, rocks by the way, there is a lot of things to do, and all that... There is a lot of yet to be unlocked modes and items and an endless mode. Back to play it. Have to see more...
