Hey, We just updated our free drawing app - Qvik Sketch - to version 1.1. It's now even more awesome than before. The idea of the app is to allow you to draw simple shapes while the algorithms take care of the shading or inking in real-time. Essentially this allows you to make drawings that look good whether you are a great sketcher or not. With a little training, Qvik Sketch scales to a real productive tool for small paintings. Here are a couple of examples: Just doodling: A little patience: Now with 1.1 you have the option to snap a photo or select one from your past ones and draw on that. The current version's drawing area is not zoomable, so the pictures size is 314 x 353. Pretty random It'll be a lot bigger on the iPad version. Also, we are toying with the idea of allowing zooming.
