Love the daily news, please keep it going! Just started a new contract on Friday and spent most of Sunday in a lot of pain after I sliced my thumb on a broken glass bowl. You never realize how much you use the thumb on your dominant hand for balance and torque and such, until you can't! Between the two, I haven't had much time or inclination for sending planes. The prize is hardly worth the effort, so I may just sit the rest of this one... Wait, I slid all the way down to #19? Time to load up the Mohawks.
welcome back North. I saw you on leaderboard last night but don't know where you flew to now I'm at 16566 bux. Really little compared to Vic Sark who had 4k bux when you started the challenge and now has 15k bux Faye, is wire-less free for you? Coz for me, my plan allows 12G data per month, but we have lots of free wi-fi spots, including my home and office .... I don't put costumes on my pilots. I don't even notice them I think. I color code my planes instead. Well done Kit ! Great news report. Could you include the number of jobs of #1 and #10 ? kaypoh (i.e. busybody) me wants to know If I'm free later, I'll scout around our competitors and update on them. May it heal soon. Thumb is a very under appreciated digit on our hand. Index finger is bad enough, but loss of use of thumb is, I don't know, 1/4 use of hand left? BTW, if you're doing a round-trip to tiki and back to Shenyang or whatever city, you may want to consider bux boost (tip from Vic I think. If wrong, please correct me). It's very worthwhile since it slices off half the round-trip time (at least 26 min) for 1 bux. Especially if you have a bux job waiting in Shenyang/??
I think the ?? is "funkywoo" according to my leaderboard screen. I think the Bux boost is quite high (dependent on the value of your jobs) on the flight to Tiksi, but once your jobs are delivered, the return trip can be completed at the cost of 1 Bux.

Yes, #5 is currently me. I'm slowly getting round to adding people on Game Centre, but please feel free to add me if I haven't sent you a request. GC = Relharn. Yes I have outfitted most of my pilots. The Class 1 pilots are mostly in Pilot Headsets or not dressed up. My Class 2 and Class 3 pilots are in the Airline Pilot costume. I like my pilots to be dressed professionally.
Whew! Finally clawed my way into the top 10 at #9, I wonder how far I'll drop down when I go to sleep. My eyelids are getting heavy... Must.. keep... flying... to... Tiksi.... A few of my planes have randomly costumed pilots. I have a red and green fogbuster driven by Santa, a chef piloting one of my aeroeagles, and an old golfer driving a blimp. Random, I know. Other than that, the rest don't have costumes.

But our #2 is about half of #1's jobs? (Please correct if I'm wrong coz I'm unable to see now). TA0's top 10's jobs are more uniformly spread. #1 395, #2 801, #3 745, #4 563 ...) Also note that these numbers are collected at different times so there's discrepancies. In the next update, I hope to be able to report on the approximate number of members per flight crew. Thanks everyone for the feedback. Ill get to the requests ASAP. I put the Airline Pilot costume on my pilots who fly P and M planes. The Jet Pilot/Helmet for my military craft. And the Red Baron for my Hot Air Balloon because its sn open craft, and where it flies, its cold.

Train2000 posted his research on the other teams a while back (during Zanzibar event I think) He had sthg like 7/8 team names (IGN is not that big for instance) And yes, Nokitano has been a beast on this one, he had twice my jobs this morning and I had 200 jobs more than the wolf pack battling for 3rd place! Edit : Nobody here? Are y'all voting or what?
Nah, my state has early voting so I took care of that already. Unfortunately I got stuck in traffic behind all the people heading home early to vote. No last-minute push this time. I have to spend my morning prepping for a long afternoon phone conference that starts right when the event ends. But at least my thumb is mostly functional again, yay. I've thought about costuming some pilots but I'm too frugal to spend the bux.
One word : Stormtroopers I'd like to watch the election result live (It's 1 A.M. here) I did that in 2008 but I didn't have a kid to feed at dawn then

I heard that if you ask for an absentee ballot but don't mail one in and go to the polls to vote instead, that you vote isn't even counted until next week. It's called a provisional vote or something.
Something like that. I think that if you request an absentee ballot, the system will assume you are voting via that ballot and thus your vote will not be tallied until their deadline for receiving the ballots via mail. According to my county's election site, that deadline is 10 days after Election Day. Inching my way back up the Leaderboard, but you TA1'ers are not making it easy!
A feeding at dawn? Is that when you send all your planes to get a jump on the rest of us? Actually, I do most of my Pocket Planes gaming while feeding my 6-month old. How old is your baby? Nooo! Don't bump me off the leaderboard!
