Stumbled across this blog from a guy who left his job in January last year with the intention to create a game in 52 weeks. Every week he posts a video showing new updates he's implemented since the last entry. He's at week 44 and has a pretty decent third person RPG. http://www.subvertgames.com/blog It's kinda interesting to go to the youtube channel and scroll through all the previous videos. Especially if you're just starting out in game development (especially with Unity) as he mentions tips here and there.
Wow, looks like a mammoth amount of work has gone into that game! He's even written his own GUI system, not an easy task in Unity. Cudos to those taking the big step and going indie!
