Looks fantastic. Somehow reminds me of Slenderman. But paintings instead of signs. Maybe mixed with RS2 combat. I'll take the plunge now. But if the exploration, puzzles and the story can redeem it, this just might save this week from being bad. mandrilo Well-Known Member Nov 30, 2012 62 0 6 #4 mandrilo, Feb 1, 2013 Game Impressions folks, this was released on android about a week ago. I played it and i confirm that is very good indeed. The story and action is engaging and the atmosphere is good as well. Its true that the knights and some details are done with surprisingly low detail for being and unreal engine based game, but i beleive this was done trying to make it compatible with diferent android devices. Its a mix of survival-object finding adventure and an action fps. Really worth the 4 U$S in my point of view Cheers Vovin ð® Spam Police ð Nov 28, 2009 6,514 3 38 Germany #5 Vovin, Feb 1, 2013 Last edited: Feb 1, 2013 Ok, guys, buy it. This has tension. To start off I'd like to say I'm very intrigued by the storyline as its very original. Voice acting is also a plus. But SFX is hit or miss, literally. When striking a knight I should her a clash of armor and weapons. Furthermore, the controls are very odd. I've noticed that there is 3 control schemes all at once(Dual Stick, Swipe to look and tap to go) this can make the game very frustrating and I urge the developer to look into a better control scheme. Also, I'm disappointed in the textures, it looks like a ps1 game to me, and I'm sure that through some work, the textures could be reworked for a better experience. Along the same lines as graphics, Lighting could also be much better. Lighting adds a more realistic feel to the game, things such as dynamic lighting and Real time shadows (or any shadows for that matter) would compliment the game and its mysterious mansion you're set to explore. Overall, it's a very original concept that needs work. Controls, textures, and lighting can all be much better. Hope to see some updates soon! Thanks. Good concept poorly executed. I can't understand why they didn't do the combat a bit like Zelda with a shield to block with. Getting chased backwards by knights whilst trying to fumble the knockback move on those tiny buttons gets old really fast. Also it annoys me that the message you get whilst being extracted is not positioned centrally on the screen on iPhone 5 , though that is the least of the games problems tbh ! I decided to buy this based on the poster who said they enjoyed it on Android earlier. I wish I hadn't wasted my £2 now. mandrilo Well-Known Member Nov 30, 2012 62 0 6 #14 mandrilo, Apr 19, 2013 Game Impressions Hey! I really like this game sort of mix between survival and adventure-object finding. I think that early bugs and roughness made it underrated. On last update graphics are really better with lights and shadings (closer to other unreal engine graphics) and controls work smooth. In my point of view it really deserves a try Cheers Pocketnova Well-Known Member Oct 15, 2012 2,346 0 0 #15 Pocketnova, Apr 19, 2013 That's a pity... It actually looked good at first.
