One of the best rythm game of this year is coming to IOS, absolutely loved the 3ds version for its atmosphere and music.

Great news!! Hopefully there will be additional content for the iOS version.

  3. With DJMAX and Rhythm Thief both coming to the iOS, I have to say that iOS is getting some killer rhythm games. The genre is perfect for touch-screen devices too.

Sweet. I still wish they port more NDS games like Elite Beat Agents to the iOS.

Your words to dev ears! EBA is an awesome game.

As much as i would love that, EBA is also a game published by Nintendo so there's not a single chance of this happening.

Dang. So despite being developed by iNiS, Nintendo owns the rights to that game? Damn laws! Damn them to hell! xD

I'll settle for similars then. Seeing as Nintendo is being such a hardass about making games for non-Nintendo consoles despite plummeting sales.

Yes that mostly how it works with big publishers. They own and therefore retain the right to use the IP any way they want. And seeing nintendo's police as of late...

The unfortunate truth. I've bought a number of ios games (and the FF rhythm game on 3DS) hoping for a similar experience, but nothing compares to Ouendan/EBA.

I hear you ;) I'd also love to have Rythm Tengoku/Rythm paradise on IOS but alas that's never going to happen! But Rythm Thief is varied and plays a lot like a musical professor layton, that's already a good thing for IOS!

Have to agree on that, just got myself familiar with the game via some videos; definitely piqued my interest.

Oh wow, can't wait for this. The 3DS version has so many good reviews and the demo was great. Is actually on my to-buy list, but might just wait for this one :)

Yeah its already out in Japan.
I will say there's 98% chance it won't get localized.

The 3DS one is amazing. I love it dearly, and I even did a full Let's Play of it on YouTube, if anyone's interested!

    Here's the first episode.

Why wouldn't it get localized? The 3ds version has all the translation they need, not like they're doing anything from scratch.
