Joshnsuch Well-Known Member Sep 29, 2009 840 0 0 Louisville #4 Joshnsuch, Dec 13, 2011 Hah, well said. I heard the production value of the game was great, but the game was just lackluster in general (just what I've heard, haven't played it). Can't beat free, though. Marcus70 Well-Known Member Dec 7, 2010 950 0 0 #5 Marcus70, Dec 13, 2011 Fun fact: This be the first Crescent Moon game that goes free. Xexist Well-Known Member May 6, 2010 2,440 1 0 Canada #6 Xexist, Dec 13, 2011 So when exactly is it going free? Curleh Mustache Well-Known Member Dec 19, 2010 993 9 0 #7 Curleh Mustache, Dec 13, 2011 Nope. Deadlock:Online went free. Tommet Well-Known Member Apr 5, 2011 357 1 0 #8 Tommet, Dec 13, 2011 Hopefully the IAP doesn't kill this one as bad as it did siegecraft. I felt really burned on that one. I'll pick this up for free and see if it might be worth spending a couple of bucks on their next title or even on iap for this one. However, considering they charged a couple of bucks for it, I'd expect it to stand pretty well on it's own. They used to be one of my favorite developers... I hate the whole excessive IAP / freemium thing that's developing. It's making me head back to PC/console gaming. There's about an hour for the change to go out to all the itunes servers, then the price should go live for everyone TiltMyTouch Well-Known Member Jun 10, 2010 3,088 0 0 #10 TiltMyTouch, Dec 13, 2011 Just confirming. As with all other CM games, this doesn't support 2nd gens? Also, it's only rated 2.5 on the App Store? Is it because of iAPs? caanerud Well-Known Member Mar 28, 2011 998 0 0 #11 caanerud, Dec 13, 2011 Average rating is because the game is short and the gameplay uninspired. UmbraVir Well-Known Member Sep 4, 2011 491 0 0 Student CT #14 UmbraVir, Dec 13, 2011 I think CM was aiming for a game like Trine. From reviews, they must have missed terribly. caanerud Well-Known Member Mar 28, 2011 998 0 0 #15 caanerud, Dec 13, 2011 It looks pretty, at least. And it's not really like Trine at all....it's a side-scrolling action / beat-em-up. It was meant to be an old school platformer more like Ghosts n Goblins style. SuperSah Well-Known Member Oct 27, 2011 147 0 0 England, UK. #17 SuperSah, Dec 13, 2011 Is this actually worth free? CygnetSeven Well-Known Member Feb 6, 2010 7,580 27 48 #18 CygnetSeven, Dec 13, 2011 Funny how all the people who keep comparing it to Trine are people who haven't played the game. Really, it's getting kind of old. I have Evertales, I have Trine, they're not the same. Period. caanerud Well-Known Member Mar 28, 2011 998 0 0 #19 caanerud, Dec 13, 2011 I love the look of the game, and it's pretty fun. I wish it did play more like Super Ghouls and Ghosts and its ilk (with tons of enemies constantly attacking) but what's here is good fun. (You must log in or sign up to post here.)
