If you have friends, this is one of the most fun music apps, period. I have it, it's like a 4 man band in your hand. Everything is super proffessional, graphics are great, you can record, there are stompboxes, everything. It's a great go-to app when you have music inclined company. Three long time friends of mine, all professional drummers who still live in the Miami-Ft. Lauderdale area, came over recently and we were acting like 4 year olds with this app...nearly broke the glass on my ipad mini. Greyskull APPROVED. If you tap rapidly on a drum the sound will eventually change and sound dulled, then stick like that. drelbs Well-Known Member Jun 25, 2009 11,200 7 38 #4 drelbs, Mar 8, 2013 This one's fun to break out and have a mini jam around the iPad - my wife, daughter and I play with this from time to time. (Though more often my wife goes to her piano I break out Thumbjam and our daughter boots up Bebot. ) mrbiggles Well-Known Member Jul 3, 2012 3,691 0 0 Like retired USA #5 mrbiggles, Mar 8, 2013 yeah its fun... got it when it went FREE before. Or you can play with friends. Recommended for a buck! Greyskull Well-Known Member Dec 13, 2009 5,588 1 38 Photographer/Social Sciences adjunct/sweet sweet l Fort Lauderdale #7 Greyskull, Mar 8, 2013 I know, it's of a higher quality than some 10 dollar and up music apps I've bought. :cough iMini needs Retronyms Tabletop cough: AnarKitty Well-Known Member Oct 10, 2010 3,654 0 0 Minneapolis, USA #8 AnarKitty, Mar 9, 2013 I've had more fun with this than I'd care to admit. Fingers crossed! And imini, in stand-alone mode is really great, IMO. (I use it with the alesis i/o dock, so i'm not bothered by tabletop) I agree, a lot of expensive apps are ... really boring or useless, compared with this one.
