Can't wait to try the game, as I love Dominion, and this one looks to have a similar style. To answer your question, I looked at the official site for the board game, and there are only around 53 different cards (though over 200 of them in total), so I don't think any cards got cut.
wow the polish and feel of the app are just amazing. it's running fast (ipod touch 4) and during my first hour with the game i had no crash so far. The interface is very solid. Playable cards are highlighted and to view a card in detail you have to double tap it. To actually play a card you have to swipe it. This combination of swipe and douple tap lets you never play a card accidently. The rulebook and tutorial are well done too. only downside i found: I find it a little difficult to realize what my (AI) opponent is doing. He is playing the cards fast and i don't know how to take a break and look at all the cards he played. maybe i'm missing something. now i'm going to dive deeper into the game and check out multiplayer. blown away so far This is just so much better than all those crappy knizia ports :/
Holy crap, this looks friggin' incredible. Has anyone tried playing online? Jeez...I mean seriously, totally blown away just from the screenshots.
I'm not invincible, i have lost a match or two since then. i been putting the A.I. to the orange setting, it seems that there is a 3 difficulty, but i cannot select it for some reason. Winning depends on the luck of the center cards. if you get lucky and get a couple of cards that give "mana" and also let you draw another card, you can gain a big advantage early on. Sometimes tho... great game. other than a slight audio hiccup (i'm guessing when the loop ends and restarts) the game is spot on! recommended.

Yeah, as I said. The factor luck only comes up in draws of new cards. Everything else is skill. But watch the board closely when you know all of the cards. Try to remember which cards were already played and what's still in stock. You can gain a big advantage over other players when you play strategical and there are only a few cards left.
Can anyone tell me why you wouldn't just play all cards all the time? Or why you would want to banish a card from your hand or discard pile?
Is this a good game to get into if you have zero experience with this kind of deck builder? I.e noob friendly?
Yep, noob-friendly. It has a fantastic tutorial. Learn in 30 Minutes without problem, but you'll need a lifetime to master it.
I have just played my first Online-match and it was a lot of fun. But i have to mention two notes: 1. When it's your turn you have no time limit. If you have a coward as an opponent who is losing you have to wait and wait and wait until you will forfeit. 2. I miss an online-ranking PS: And i miss a chat during a battle
Seems to have a decent AI. I'm totally new to the game, and have played two games, not counting the tutorial, and I won one and lost one, but they were both really close. In the second game, I thought I had a handy lead over the cpu, but it ended up beating me by one point.
