I remember someone posting here saying it had been removed from the app page and everyone (including me) thought it wasnt going to come out now.

But seriously, they say it's a UPDATE, not a DLC or so. So shut up and don't start a conspiracy on here, it gets messy.
It was never even on the app description. Many people (including me) clearly stated that several times.
I remember reading it in the app description when I downloaded it, I don't beleive we all made it up. It was there and I saw it with my own two eyesand no I do not wear glasses.
It wasn't there. I bought it 2 hours after it came out. (It's usually a second with gameloft games, but I was outside so yeahh. lol).. Anyways, I read the thing to see anything about future games from gameloft or updates and I gurantee there was nothing about online. Then hundreds of people requested it to Gameloft on twitter, and in August they announced it would have mp later as a FREE update. It was NOT on the app page. I'm positive
Gameloft update announcements don´t mean a thing I bought Ferrari GT by Gameloft back in December 2008, because the app-description clearly stated online multiplayer in the next update. Now almost one year later, still no online multiplayer, even though the game had some updates. Btw, even if they add multiplayer to Modern Combat, i doubt that it will be great. Because for me their games look good, but they are way to shallow, uninspired and are lacking the little details that make gameplay enjoyable and fun. So don´t get your hopes up too early.
yeah!, finally,ONLINE multiplayer is confirmed! i hope it will not be laggy like RF10 if it do well,then it would be epic,of course good modes and mechanics of multiplayer should be well implemented
