Absosmurfly! I was planning to have the "Remove Ads" IAP free up until the app is released worldwide, but unfortunately this doesn't appear to work (see http://stackoverflow.com/questions/3775282/testing-in-app-purchase-before-going-live) There's one other totally optional IAP that will immediately unlock all playable characters. Every character can be unlocked for free via in-game accomplishments.
