Owners of Omicron (/HD) will receive the new version with the next (2.0) update.

- Clear all tiles that appear in the color shown at the beginning of each level
- Tap multiple tiles simultaneously to earn combo points
- Disable multitasking on your device (Settings / General)

★ CLASSIC MODE

- Eliminate all tiles
- Earn bonus time
- Collect power-ups
- Unlock achievements
- Finish before the countdown ends

★ ARCADE MODE

- No levels
- Respawning tiles
- Game over after 5 mistakes

★ VERSUS MODE

About the relaunch:
===============
Omicron was first released in 2010 and featured by Apple as
"New and noteworthy" and in "What we play".
After some time our sweet little app started collecting dust and
almost passed out of our minds. Since we still like the gameplay idea
we decided to create a relaunch version.
The most obvious change is the complete redesign.
We also added a combo scoring system, new power-ups and 2 new game types:
Arcade Mode with respawning tiles and the Versus Mode for 2 players.
The Versus Mode is a fair split screen match (on the same device).
Gamecenter integration , retina- and widescreen support will also be
part of the 2.0 update. Stay tuned

Hi everyone!
Right now we're working on a gameplay trailer while the final version of the game is starting to take shape.

Here is our final icon for the game! After experimenting with different colors we think this icon does the best job of representing Omicron. It's is all about colors so it should have a colorful icon! ... Hope you like it!

This is a screenshot of the ARCADE MODE in Omicron.
Cleared tiles will respawn and color changes become faster over time.
With each mistake you make you lose one of these little hearts/lives in
the upper right corner. 5 mistakes = game over.
The Arcade Mode comes with separate highscore lists and achievements.

Right now we're working on making the VERSUS MODE as fun as possible.

The versus mode is a split screen match of Omicron.
Both players get the exact same Omicron tiles. The tiles get locked for 2 color changes if your opponent is faster than you.

Okay guys... after some unexpected "real-life stuff" interrupted the development process of Omicron (for about 2 weeks) we can now start to work on the game again.
We are almost there! Some minor polishing and testing has to be done and we can finally publish "our precious" (Gollum voice).
