I think it's boring now, but at the time it was amazing. You have to take games into perspective of their respective time frames.
Very Simple Game Everyone seems to hate my app: Very Simple Game because they can't figure it out! But I love it! haha! http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/very-simple-game/id391671063?mt=8 No one has gotten 3 stars in level 3 yet, and I would love someone to post a screenshot of that if they can do it.
I don't think there's a game that I love that's hated by most people, but there is a control scheme that I prefer that most people loathe. The dual stick controls in Call of Duty: Zombies, in my opinion, are some of the best ever conceived, but a lot of gamers find them to be unusable.
Modern Combat 2 has a dual stick control option. It would have worked if the sensitivity was dialed down a bit, and if the trigger was integrated with the right-side control like it is in Call of Duty. All it took was a tap on the right-side control to shoot. Very intuitive.
My game. Word Champion. I dont know if people hate it, they just dont buy it. http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/word-champion/id366165146?mt=8
Enviro-Bear 2010: Some people just don't get that it's supposed to be funny. Imp or Oaf: Come on, guys, it's made for little children, has charming art and a super catchy tutorial song. And you rated it 2 stars. Jerks. Kometen: It's simply a piece of art, yet all the gamer nerds rate it badly because it's not as violent and insane as Modern Combat 2.
Cyberrunner: Some people like it and others don't. I really think this game is at LEAST a 4 star game.
Rack stare, although its more of a season thing with me, I enjoy it more in summer time. I also enjoy it more in certain locations, such as the beach.
Fritz Chess. Most people don't like Chess, but the few who do prefer Shredder even though its AI plays more like a robot than a human, and the interface is an eye sore.
