I only recently deleted this from my phone when I upgraded to iP5. (Purged all but my beloved apps that weren't optimised for it.) And while I did love it, I had played it to death. A real shame, had great potential and was one of the rare games that played well in portrait orientation.

If only there was a way to keep removed games, independant from the iTunes store. Some sort of library perhaps. Maybe something on a computer? I don't know how something like that would work, but it should!

Unfortunately I have to delete stuff from my pc even though I have a 1tb drive because, I have too many games and stuff on it. And itunes stuff is the stuff to go.So aside from your smart ass comment, I was saying that its kind of ridiculous that devs can just take stuff off the AppStore, rename stuff, or change the IAP scheme on a whim, yet these same devs will then act like girls when their games get pirated. If only there was a way to keep stuff on the iTunes Store for people to redownloaded it once they bought it....

I do agree that it would make a LOT of people happy if once you purchased an app, you could go back and download any previous version of the app, or even just keeping the last version of the app available in the AppStore search area on idevices...

That's probably my biggest complaint about the AppStore right now (aside from the fact that Devs can essentially make a premium game, charge for it, and then load it with IAPs and make it freemium with an update, or toss in ads, and charge again to remove them....).

Oh well... Maybe someday...

16gb key drives cost less than a tenner these days. You could spend less on apps one month, invest in one of those, and keep all the app backups you want on it.

I dont know, maybe its because I'm old, remember the days of making my own backups of everything, and thats why I don't rely on anything in the 'cloud'. That way, if I lose something I've paid for, it's my responsibility.
