Osmos is quite relaxing and has both 1 and 2 player modes. The multiplayer has voice chat as well, so you can talk to each other whilst you play.

Try Call of duty: world at war Zombies. Your girlfriend will love it. Trust me, I'm an expert.

Virtual table tennis 3 is the one game I have played with my gf when she wasn't around, pretty good fun.
