New version approved, update it!!!

Changelog:

- After saving a movie, MovieRating remain on card screen without come back automatically
- Added auto-save when user rate a movie, for example in the search tab
- When user open a movie from search or in theater/coming soon tab and movie is already saved, it show also rating

There is a suddendly problem with results returned from The Movie DB online service.
MovieRating crash as soon you open it. You can try to change tab very fast to turn around the problem.
Anyway I just uploaded a crash fix to Apple and request an expedited review.
I hope it will be online soon
