  1. Hello everyone.

    We're Nawia Games - an authorized developer for iPhone, Wii, Nintendo DS, PS3, PSP and Android, located in Gdansk (Poland).

    We'd like to introduce you to our upcoming title - “Game of The Year” for iPhone/iPad/iPod. The game will be available in App Store since 5th of February and we've just released its teaser movie.

    Game of The Year is a dual finger shooter with polished graphics and audio. Some of the game's main features:
    - Fast-paced, addicting gameplay (with limitless replayability).
    - 3 game modes (Challenge, Endless and Horde).
    - Various graphics themes.
    - Unlockable challenges.
    - Online hi-scores & achievements (with OpenFeint support).

    To name it "game of the year" was possibly the dumbest thing you could have done. No offense to the game but with a name like that you need to impress the hell out of everybody who tries it.

    I guess they called it that as they are confident of it becoming the REAL game of the year..
    Don' flame me, I'll watch the video once done with this post :)

    EDIT: Alright.... I should say.. its an amazingly done trailer.

    I couldn't disagree more. I think this is the smartest titled game ever. While some might feel shafted, a lot of people will probably download it becuase they think it is game of the year. (Which it is of course, but not in the way people would think.. uh. You know what I mean).

    At the beginning, maybe, in the long run (couple of days later...), no, as he will receive a LOT of negative feedbacks and 1 star, revenge by the unsatisfied customers.

    I think that depends on the quality of the game. As long as it's decent I see no reason why people would feel provoked.
