There are a ton of great post-mortems here. I actually am interested in writing about a couple of them or at least consistent themes between them
If I did do this, what would you guys like to see? Anything in particular that you think would be interesting taken in aggregate? |

Great post, I have to say it really makes me want to get a good publisher for the first game we release.
We're also taking a longer dev cycle in order to get a higher polish\quality bar for our first release. |

I've just finished writing a Post Mortem for Punch a Hole, it contains (disasterous) sales numbers since launch over a year ago.
