Moving a crapload of ipa's - how?

i want to move all my ipa files without changing anything else in my itunes...
How can i do this without making itunes go weird and give errors like not found or do stuff i dont want?
So it means i dont want to change music folders or something....just move all my ipa's...

Not sure you can. There is a place in the advanced tab of iTunes to designate where your file are, but it only accepts one location.
Now you can change that location, so if you are only dealing with one thing at a time - apps, then redesignate the location when you are dealing with music, etc. I don't know what happens with synch though.
