I liked how on Runescape (from what I can remember), that it was at more of a birds-eye view. But hey, I guess we'll have to wait for more videos to see.
Ugh, I hated Runescape. Always thought Eudemons was better, then I realized I was wasting 4 hours per day essentially on a 4 kb character. This has gotta be frickin' amazing (all around, not just cuz it's on an iPhone) to draw me in.
Finaly, something I wanted for a long time.. I miss that there ain't games in the iPhone with a lot gaminghoures..

Sevenswords is like Silkroad, its usually in a asian form and this game usually has many things that look just like Runescape.

I've been playnkig Runescape for over 5 years now.... I was really addicted to it, but I've been playing less and less..... I think I'll pik this game up even if its 10 bucks. Looks good. What about that WoW gameplay video that was a rumor?
Was a fan of Runescape for a while, but as I got older and became someone who wanted more than what it had to offer, I realised 'Click to Win' was a little simple. I sure hope this game doesn't follow the 'Click to Win' philosophy. It also looks really slow-paced. Even for an MMORPG I'd prefer to have faster fights than that.
lol operation 7 is a pc game, especially not for the iphone. Sorry about that, but the WoW gameplay was real, but not coming out.
I'm using an itouch 2g and planning on getting the 3g when it comes out but will this game require wifi for me or will there at least be an offline mode?
well if its an mmo then you need wifi but the dev could add an singleplayer mode but i dont think he would because its an mmo
Hey everyone, Let me try to address your questions... There will be beta testing. It will start very small and then keep growing while the server remains stable. I'll twitter about it when it's time. This game will not be "click to win" as it was called. No one wants people grinding away on their iPods and iPhones. The game will require an internet connection. However, the game runs very smoothly over 3G, so don't worry about being tethered to a hotspot. I know combat appears slow, but that has nothing to do with network latency or anything like that. It's actually because we slowed the server down to film this video. Long story... but it'll feel fine when it's released. I promise.
I've got a 3G and 3GS, both on Edge. I would be happy if i can beta-test the speeds on these network.
