I was just going to say it looks suspiciously similar to Casey's Contraptions. I like how the teaser site says from the creators of Angry Birds like they developed this game when they just bought the IP and rebranded it.
We'll see but i hope they had new things! Anyway the game was already great but needed a bigger community!
I loved Casey's Contraptions on the iPad. If Rovio supports this like they do with Angry Birds then I will buy it again.
Buying a studio and then declaring a forthcoming product that was previously under development at that studio as 'From The...' is reasonable, but a rebranded/skinned product being marketed like that is a little suspect.
I don't see anything new since Casey's Contraptions in the short game play segment of the new trailer. The release date is shown as July 12th so we will know soon.
I paid $3 for Casey's Contraptions and they are allowed to just pull it from the App Store and rebrand it? Completely absurd. I'm guessing there are no refunds to be had.
Well for those of us who never got a chance to play or download Casey's Contraptions this should be awesome. Can't wait for this!
I have to agree with this. If they did a ton of work and completely reworked it, then I understand. If it is simply the same game, but rebranded, that I would find annoying.
I don't know how reworked it's been, but apparently there has been a lot of necessary polishing that has been done to make the game a much better experience. (At least that's what I read)
