Obviously the introduction of spikes and other time limit methods in the later levels have divided opinion, but in terms of new stuff, what is it you'd like?

More levels?
Harder levels?
Easier levels?
New traps?
New light-based mechanics?

Let me know
New levels and new light-based mechanics please!. Harder levels and new traps too, but that is a low priority...

I deleted this game after getting really frustrated with the time based levels. But given that the developer has stated the timing elements has been relaxed and there may be further updates, I will have to re-download and restart playing. I enjoyed the pure puzzle levels I played tremendously.

All of the possible new features mentioned by the developer sound great to me, especially new mechanics and traps. Just no more highly constrained timing elements, please!

Oooh, new mechanics... what kind of thing? We've got reflecting and splitting... maybe mixing colours or something?

Hah we'll do our best to keep time limits out of any updates

OK. so, I re-downloaded GTL and I have now played back through the entire first pyramid. As on my first play through, I really loved the non-timed puzzles. I also found the few timed puzzles present to still be very timed constrained and tedious. I was only able to solve puzzle 25 by taking a screenshot of the level, and working out and memorizing the exact moves required. IMHO, the developer needs to relax the timing further.

On to pyramid 2...

Hope Pyramid 2 is as fun as the first

Yeah we're looking at the timed stuff... we realise it can be quite stressful, but there are no levels where you have to fight against a timer from the very start. All the 'timer' elements only start counting down once the player has interacted, so I'm sure (other than perhaps the final level in the Pyramid?) you'd be fine without taking screenshots...?

Let us know!

GREAT NEWS!

We've made Guide The Light available for free, which means you get the first bunch of levels for free, and then if you enjoy them you can upgrade via a cheap ($2) IAP to get the rest of the 50 levels!

Let us know if you like it, especially if you're a new player - we love to hear about things we can improve or change to make it a better game!
