Only 30 posts/3 pages for this game? What, why? Is it the price? Just overlooked? I finally got this and it's fantastic. As Lavender said, it's truly a unique experience. While it's certainly hectic and skill-based and a test of evasion and reaction, it's also beautiful and atmospheric and artful and compelling.

In motion, Primal Flame is a thing of beauty. The ever-encroaching darkness. The soft flickering of your flame. The enticing glow of seeds in the shadows. The serpentine movement of the dangerous flora, lurking in the darkness, snapping at you precious flame.

The gameplay is equally compelling. Each world is unique, offering harder challenge or new dangers, and you must endure. As they said in The Road, you must carry the fire. Evading hazards is fun and tense, but what I love most is how you defeat the hungry vines and plant life. Like a knife through butter, you must swoop in and burn through their stems, and it feels so satisfying to deftly maneuver around their snapping searching heads and move in for the kill.

While the core gameplay remains similar throughout, Primal Flame is not without replay value. Along with the different worlds, you can unlock special flames with different attributes and special spells such as slow motion. These keep the experience fresh

I highly recommend Primal Flame. It's art in motion, a subtle tale told through atmosphere and visuals, a challenging test of survival. Carry the flame, keep the darkness at bay, endure, survive

Hopefully it's doing well. It's a really great game.
Another one that does something new and does it very well is Jewelry Lab. It's more of a sim than a game but it's also one of those rare titles that sticks with you.

This is all getting off topic but I find geek more offensive for some reason. We should have a geek vs nerd thread in the lounge. Anyways I got this game and I'm really enjoying it.
