I actually think Beat Sneak Bandit may have taught me to keep time when I'm recording songs. Personally, my fave Simogo game.

Can also recommend Cytus, Wave Trip, Deemo, and that last game T.A. reviewed looks tasty.

    Deemo
Demons Score (it runs fine on iOS8, but i believe this is removed which is weird)
    Cytus
Final Fantasy Theatrhythm (despite the $60 i spent on it, it was pretty worth IMO)
    Audio Ninja
    Planet Quest

For non-traditional rhythm games (more like music games with less emphasis on strict rhythm/timing), my favorite is Dropchord.

Havent tried Radiohammer and Omega The First Movement yet, but i have both on my wishlist.

Why is the original Miku Flick more expensive than the sequel? Is the original the 'better' version of the two?

Beat Sneak Bandit for my money is one of the most original, fun, and best looking rhythm games on iOS. Of course, it's several years old now, but it's great.

Obviously DDR and Jubeat, since they're like the pioneers in this genre.
Also Deemo, because it's an absolutely beautiful artistic masterpiece. It's also the only iOS game that I've ever forced myself to play it slowly so I won't finish it too fast.

Not a rhythm game exactly but using earphones makes it very enjoyable

Maybe even $20 i believeis a good deal.

However, i have already paid over $60 on it. I really love the game, and i like the IAP system having nothing consumable, but it did get ridiculously expensive. Theatrhythm's the most ive spent money into on a single title. Still, better than shelling out for timers.

Hi! I've joined your thread just recently, but had time to catch up:).

I stumbled upon it while searching for new music games and should note Piano City is one of my faves amongst already mentioned. There was an update of the app just recently. Have anyone tried it?
