      can u take promo codes every where on the world since 3.0?
      and is there an other option to become apps for free from the devs (NOT FOR GAMIN AND NOT ILLEGAL) in order to preview,test and app reviews like promo codes

      when yes if some app site needs a app reviewer i am ur man:D

      promo codes only work in the US
      and devs would never make their game free for reviewers

      I doubt so, it has been made that way since the launch of App Store. Something to do with the agreement clause.
