App description: Trapped No Escape - An Immersive 3D Puzzle Adventure

Jen and Tom had been exploring some ancient ruins but had become separated. Jen had been wandering around for hours, calling Tom's name, when she came across this deserted house. She looks up at Tom and smiles but knows that look in his eyes. Fear.

Jen, listen to me. I'm trapped. The door to this room is locked. You need to get me out of here!

Jen knows that for Tom to be inside the house, there must be not only a way in, but also a way out. She takes a drink from her water bottle, a deep breath and walks towards the front steps...

Controls, it's a little difficult walking around... Still workable, but it's a bit awkward. Tap on the character to walk or stop, and swipe to turn. Problem is actually with the swipe to turn, which has a bit of inertia to it, which makes it difficult to steer. Also, it needs a sensitivity slider, or a way to turn around quicker. What's odd is that swiping fast doesnt improve your turning speed.

Puzzles-wise, it needs a bit more planning i think. Having 3 skulls in the first part of the game where you tap each to change the colors of their respective orbs, thinking figuring that out would open the first obstacle. They dont. After spending a huge 10 minutes or so trying to figure out what im sposed to do with the skulls, i found a not-so-easily seen lever right on the lower portion of the statue, standing right beside where the 3 skulls are. That lever opened the first obstacle. I wanted to throw my ipad when i found that out.

I think the game has decent graphics and sounds in it, but controls can still be improved, and the gameplay made me feel like it just trolled me hard.

Thanks for taking the time to play and feedback on my game!

The feedback you have given is pretty similar to the experience of the other players and I have already submitted a big update to Apple improving a lot of things! In particular I have changed the camera angle and the touch controls around Jen. Making interacting with her and the puzzles a lot less frustrating!

Still have lots more to do but I'm getting there!
