He was actually fired -- he didn't quit.

I think the official word was "creative differences," but I guess it was a case of G4 ditching expensive talent. Adam was on the Bonus Round a few months ago, and he spoke of the incident as something that "ruined his life."

I heard it was a contractual dispute, like they wouldn't pay him what he thought he was worth.

That's what I remember reading as well. Could be wrong though.

I believe that you are right. Clearly the writing was on the wall at G4, though -- they were already cutting back on game programming.

kevin pereira talked about this on the joe rogan podcast later on joe offered him a job. Now kevin makes a podcast called pointless on the death squad network produced by Brian redband and joe rogan.
Adam is another story I have no idea what happened to him after he left in April. I tried to find more info and can't, he was funny but not amazing so I won't miss him. The whole network became a joke when they started hiring tits&ass that didn't know anything about gaming. |

If you guys are wondering what Adam has been doing lately, he and Kevin Pereira teamed up to create Viral Video Showdown on Syfy.

It's just a matter of time before this channel has it's own versions of Honey Boo Boo and Jersey Shore. TV sucks so bad now. Those of us who grew up in the 70's and 80's had so many great shows to watch.

There are just as many great shows now as in the past. The problem is that an entire new category of TV called "reality" has significantly hurt its image.
