Oooo that's a cool system. I'm really looking forward to it, the Assassins have me particularly interested Also, it's been a while since I watched the GDC vid, what do the moons do? Do they function like shields in dungeon raid?
@jCho133 Through collecting moons you will obtain instant use abilities. There is a maximum of 4 abilities you can have at the same time, if that's the case collecting moons won't give you anything any longer until you use one of the abilities you already have.
Darkin blows; I heard it was created by intoxicated monkeys. [Someone has to keep expectations in check and Frost sure isn't doing it... I'm excited too]
Damn, you made me WANT it now. You hear me? Now! I am such a sucker for good Match-3 / Line-matching games. Damn, those imps make me hyped even more.
A lot better than that They fit the action so well, its very congruent. And who is hyping anything here? xD This is simple the best match-3 game I ever played, without any doubt. The more I play it, the more I like it... is there any word beyond "love", more strong than that? xD
Clearly Frost is a developer plant infiltrated into the Touch Arcade community for the sole purpose of promoting Darkin; no game can be that good. I am beginning to suspect Darkin isn't even real but a pratical joke or like some sort of mythical unicorn. I mean... Frost is apparently the only person who has ever played Darkin and if it was as mind blowing as claimed then the thing would be out already (because apparently it's the pinnacle of iOS gaming so what are they waiting for?). ...By the way; there is a word beyond "love," more stronger - that word is "Undeadcow."
And now it all makes perfect sense, a product this good can only exist on my mind... oh, and if I haven't said this already: This game is so undeadcow, I undeadcow this game so much xD That is a pretty good tactic Slewis, I wish the EarthNight (ex-Dragon Runner) devs could see this...
Lets just say I dont have an iPad and dont really want one. iPhone all the way. Edit: Looks pretty real to me (not in any particular order except level based games on the first row and endless on the rest and Bit.Trip last, which I am currently finishing)
...well, that Darkin icon LOOKS like a real icon but still... I don't know... the "developers" have been awfully silent.
That we have, but for good reason! We're making sure everything is in place for the imminent launch =D. Just minutes ago we got the green light from Apple and will post a release date as soon as one has been chosen. Sadly we've decided not to support devices with lower than 512mb of ram. Therefore Darkin will not be available for the iPod 4 and iPad 1.
