Similar to Bump but without that bodycheck. Android will follow. Link to the Mac compagnion app below. Published one week ago. Free for the first time. Tested with MBPr, iPad 4 and iPhone 4 + 5: Works as expected. Super simple. Should work with iPhone 3GS or younger (iOS 5.1). Cool: Autodestruct feature (menu: tap the file you want to broadcast/flick in the canvas). Recommended! Re: Not a game. Share files the elegant way: 'Flick' (Universal) $0.99 -> Free I dunno. This looks like it might be something that will be superseded by "AirDrop" in iOS 7. It might be worth a look, though. At least until iOS 7 becomes publicly available. http://www.apple.com/ios/ios7/features/?cid=wwa-us-kwg-features&siclientid=6381&sessguid=e412591c-0f4c-4f06-8acd-be50c1f2e7f6&userguid=e412591c-0f4c-4f06-8acd-be50c1f2e7f6&permguid=e412591c-0f4c-4f06-8acd-be50c1f2e7f6#airdrop
Yes but Bump and Flick support other systems than iOS 7 only. iOS 5.1 or newer (Flick), Macs, PCs (Windows, Linux) and Android phones (Flick "soon"). And the funny feature Auto Destruct (must see!) offers Flick only.
AirDrop only supports the latest generation of devices - so no my iPhone 4S or my iPad 3. It's very nice to use - but I really wish it could work without a Wifi network.
