It's only one of my favorite platformers, and probably one of my all time favorite games ever! The producer of this new one, coming to 3DS this fall was so in love with Castle of Illusion that he made it a point to beat it every time he played on an almost daily basis, and has referenced the game with past projects he's worked on. It's personally one of my favorites, and I'm so happy that someone who seems to love the game more than I did is working on the sequel! Can't wait for this to come out, and the screenies look superb! I hope they keep it traditional with the controls, and try not to include a gimmicky control scheme using the stylus too! I don't mind if it's included in some scenes in the game, but I hope it sticks to a traditional control scheme through the majority of the game...
