For me its between 1 & 2 but ive only played for significant periods the first 3 so i dont know how good/bad the series has gotten.

zenonia 2 then 1.

People didn't like 2 because they thought it was hard and pushed for IAP's, but they were poor at distributing their stats correctly (too many casuals playing). Play as Daza and pump dex and you'll find it to be fun.

Try out zen1. Its good thats the name gamevil is hanging on to sell more freemium cashcow
