Hey guys, time for something new and interesting (right?) I'm sure most of you will know about the Game of The Week (GoTW) threads that have been popping up around the place for some time now. What you may not know is that this month marks their one year anniversary! Congratulations, it is now a tradition. Since there has been some interest in this, here's your chance to recognize and select YOUR favorites among what your peers have voted on! (Forget those guys, you know your favorites are the best ones here, right? ) Before we get on to the actual voting though, I do have to lay down the law and point out a few rules: Only the GOTW winners may be nominated. The poll will have two parts. The first part will be nominations where every member can nominate FIVE games. At the end of this stage, I will tally up the nominations and 10 games will be selected to go up on a poll. The nominations will be open for two weeks, ending on the 12th of August. The poll will also be open for two weeks, ending on the 26th of August. Developers may not nominate or vote for their own games. The voting is for TA members only. If you have to ask anyone to create a new account just to nominate / vote, you're doing it wrong. It's sad this even needs to be mentioned but, based on history, serious misconduct can get a game disqualified. No one will enjoy this, so please use your better judgement. Based on what I have played the most and what my friends seem to like the most, my five choices are: Pocket Rpg Mini Motor Racing asphalt Seven Beat Hazard Ultra And Jetpack Joyride (As an extra note, runners up would be: Inferno, Gesundheit, Crazy Hedgy, Swordigo, and Bullet Time - though I had finally hit a wall on that last one and got tired of the endless grinding.)
Modern Combat 3 Crazy Hedgy Swordigo Grand Theft Auto 3 Score! Classic Goals It took me a while to figure it out, but yeah, that should be it. Wanted to nominate MAMC so bad too, but Score I liked even more.
Then it will be on next year's GOTWOTY. This one's for the first year of GOTW winners, which ended a couple weeks ago BTW your other 4 are among the 7 I'm trying to narrow down from. It's so hard though
