UPDATE: I emailed apple and got this refund but still don't know how it was even purchased I was wondering if their was a way to get a refund for a game on the App Store . On my kids tablet they somehow downloaded a $15 app but no one knows how they got it because they absolutely don't know the password and when i found out you can get a refund from iTunes I hit report and sent a message then it says can't refund for this app. Well why not. Anyone help?
I usually get refunds from my email bill or search iTunes refunds and speak to an advisor online and they have never said no yet. You know that people can make purchases without a password for 15 minutes after it's been entered right?
Not true anymore. I believe it was in iOS8.4 that when purchasing something for the first time with the current apple id on the latest iOS version, it will ask if you want the 15-minute single password window, or if you want to be asked the password each time you attempt a purchase.
You know while I was writing it something was niggling me thinking it changed but I have mine so it doesn't always ask so forgot. Although I chose for it not to require passwords for free apps and it still keeps asking for them.
