A lot has been write about Apple refusing apps to the appstore. Usually developers would just complain about this sad reality of life, but I'll tell you about what we have done:

Never Alone Hotline was meant to be released on Android/iOS as an improved version of Ludum Dare 22 game (where it was voted as one of the funniest ever).

But after Apple asked us to censor content we decided that this is not a solution and went Android-only by dropping iOS release. This allowed us not only for leaving everything uncensored, but also adding more content.

Since in the game you answer phone calls from different people, we introduced Steve Jobs for players to have a chat with him about loneliness, walled garden-like appstores, etc. Enjoy!
