    Does this have online multiplayer?
If it does, then I'm getting it.

    Can you explain?
Can you log online through an account or anything like that and play against real people? I don't want local Wi-Fi.

    I'm guessing $5.99 or $4.99.

Is it getting dropped for one weekend, or is it getting dropped permanently?

Im thinking $6.99 to compete with Gameloft's new price. We will have to wait and see. The game is definitely worth the premium price of $10, it is sad that the app store is just doing so poorly with high-quality games though. I'm hoping this sale will get RR on top of the charts like it deserves to be!

As for online: you have your own account that is connected through cloudcell. As for online play, you can only play local wifi multiplayer. You can also play in online leagues too, but I've never tried it so I'm not certain what it is. Online racing may be added in upcoming updates, Firemint has supplied us players with tons of updates already. They are very active with this game. We even got a free content update with a new car class: exotic.

I don't want it to mess up with my plan though if it's not going to have online multiplayer.

    Plan: $26

Bloons TD: $1 (sale eventually like Bloons)
    Plushed: $1.99 (intro price)
    Hardgore $4.99 (most likely)
HYBRID: Eternal Whisper: $5.99 (probably going to wait for 2.99 sale though)
    KillTest: $9.99 (probably)

    Total: $24

It has online multiplayer, but you don't race other people in real time, but rather compete for times, in a certain time limit to enter a season.

So many people told me to buy RR cause "it will never have a price drop", and here we are... a price drop. I win!

That was one of the reasons I bought it, but I don't hold a major grudge about the sale. The game is good enough, and a month could be classed as "a while". If you're desperate to save money, you can always hold out until there is a sale. Nearly every higher-end game has a price promo once sales start slipping.

i know, i am sorry tht i made u buy it :( but at the end of the day I am in the same position. i bought it because of this too. And by what means is 1 month not soon, if i knew it would drop later, i would have bought another game such as rolando 2 for the same price which i wanted just as bad! in general i like sales or when I get a game cheap, but often they just P*** me off!

now modern combat: shall i wait? xD :)

It's amazing that you would wait months just to get a game for 3 dollars less.

+1. So you, a member of a gaming forum for the iDevices, has no respect for the developer and creator of the best game on those devices, because of a change of strategy that cost you three dollars? Really?

Thanks for the heads-up! I have been on the fence with this game, so this will help push me over the edge. Looks very solid.
