I have my top ten folder on my home page and all my utilities etc. as well, and I have folders labeled 11-20 etc. for the rest of my games on the second page. That way, I only have two pages of apps!

Good idea for a thread, BTW. I'd like to learn a few ways to freshen up my organization.

I have folders for ea gameloft donut games and nimblebit- so companies I have lots of games from. Then, I have a folder for favorites, not including those, then I have categories ie td or sidescrollers. I also have folders for series like rr1 and rr2 or stuff like that. Finally I have like three pages of apps I'm too lazy to organize. Yea it's complicated but I got bored :D

I organize them by type: RPG, action, shooters, etc. I often find that I'm in the mood for a specific kind of game, rather than a specific publisher or title.

If I want a specific game, I use search.

All my games in one folder, same for the rest. I might delete the emulators one though, touchscreen controls just aren't doing it for me when it comes to emulators.

Right now i have a bunch of folders with most of my games by them self, i have a folder for the best and most well known iOS games, games that require internet connection, pixelated games, apps that aren't games but need internet, "visual entertainment" apps, utilities and apps that came with the device but i find rather useless.i have nearly one page of apps this way but i wanna try a new way to organize it...

I just have one folder with my current favorites, then the rest are hidden and I access them using ListLauncher.

I do genres, in alphabetical order. When a folder fills up (I'm not jailbroken) I make overflow folders, e.g. Match 3, Match 3 II, Match 3 III and so on. I have two pages of games.

Honestly though, I get so antsy about trying to decide what genre to put things in, I think I should just do everything in alphabetical order or something.

  14. Top 10 folder on 2nd page.
Another top 10 on 3rd page.
Sorted by game category (racing etc) on 3rd page, extras on 4th and 5th.

I put all the games I haven't played yet into folders by genre. Currently, that would be about 26GB of the 28GB of games on my iPod. 220 unplayed apps weeee. I delete an app the second I've played through it once except for games with quality multiplayer. Didn't have space to fit those 4 games into any folders lol..xP. Of course, my first page contains all the default Apple apps. Never jailbroken; never planning to. Not a free app in sight :].
