A good guide to what changes to expect is, nothing that would invalidate the leaderboards. So changes to core gameplay are out, but feature additions are in. Does this rule out alternative modes as well? I feel like in addition to fresh coats of paint, a little more gameplay variety would really make this game a keeper. Even though Super Hexagon's levels all have the same basic concept, they're different enough that it stays fresh for a long time.
