I'm so glad to see this coming to the iPad! It's been on my iPhone since it was available and has never left. Is it just an hd update or are there some surprises to look out for?
Getting it running well on the iPad has taken quite a bit of work, so this first version is mostly an update. We're pretty excited though, this is definitely the best version of Meteor Blitz to date.
Thanks! We're currently working on a part 2, but it's a bit different from the original Meteor Blitz. We're still keeping it under wraps so it's kinda hard to explain right now. But it's looking like it will be out in 2-3 months.

Nope, we're working on the iPhone and iPad versions simultaneously (and Android as well). An update to the iPhone version of Meteor Blitz should be coming out in a couple weeks as well!
Possible adds? What I would like to see if it is possible? + more levels/environments - interactive - like if the world was at destruction, solar flare from the planet where we would have to dodge. + Bosses! + multiplayer mode - Last Ship Standing? + detailed background worlds - since it is going HD + particle effects + motion blur or slight out of focus when picking up SLOW + customizable ships/upgrades components were we can change the ship look. + remixed sound track + Infinity/Insanity Mode + Combo Kills. forgot one.... + TnT Mode, lay satellite detonators instead of shooting, causing blast wave chain reactions, and combos. These would be a awesome wish list for the HD version.
I second all of this as long as by "Infinity" you mean a Survival Mode and not a Bejeweled Endless Mode where it really does just go on endlessly without a way to fail.
Infinity/Insanity To best describe what I had in mind - is where you go against all as the level changes as to how well you play. the better you play the harder it gets. A warp/black hole envelops all in the surrounding area and takes you another wave on a different planet and increases more as you go. it is a bit much. but I like how crazy it would be for advanced/hardcore players.
Awesome list, you ought to consider becoming a game producer. We did as many items on the list that we could: + detailed background worlds + more particle effects + motion blur or slight out of focus when picking up SLOW (and when boosting) + remixed sound track And we'll try to get some of the others into a future update. wow... Wow..... Well I thought about being a game producer a long time ago. Love gaming when I get the chance to do so. As for the other parts of the wish list --- could there be a probability we can see those in Meteor Blitz 2 HD, perhaps??? or maybe a new game.. lol.. I do have tons of ideals, from a long ago. But since the iPhone 3GS and now iPad came out, they can be very much can be real now.
Just a quick heads-up, we've just submitted Meteor Blitz HD to Apple. Fingers crossed that they'll approve it soon.
