I feel like so far every single major franchise/game style has atleast one sollid entry for the iPhone, with the one exception of Super Smash Bros. I think such a game if they can pull off the controls would be absolutely fantastic. It's the perfect pickup and play type game, you play a quick match, put it away, and get back into it later. So having it on a portable would be perfect.
dinosmash sucked all the popular indie devs should get together and make an app of this with all their most popular characters in their games. it would be awesome
Gameloft will get there soon enough, they'll run out of other popular games to spin-off and will get to this
Amen. I can't believe I spent money on that game. It wouldn't have been a bad game if they had a lot more to the combat. But it's way too basic, and way too laggy. We need a GOOD Smash Bros clone. Gameloft!? They seem to be all about releasing decent clones of popular games on other platforms. I respect them for that. If it wasn't for them, we wouldn't have a decent CoD clone in Sandstorm and such.
It was great when it first came out =D, i was number 1 on the world leaderboard along time ago. Gameloft is coming pretty decent though, enjoyed most of their games, and sometimes they keep their word.
Recently found this article and since a couple years have obviously passed since the original post date, I'd like to continue the discussion. Are there, indeed, any games out NOW similar to Super Smash Bros. for the iOS devices? I could see this being more efficient on the iPad, but I'll take iPhone too.
I agree on this (though not the dinosmash thing for I have never heard of or played it in my life.) but we do need a good fighter equal to or greater (though proably will never happen) to SSB. I could think of a few characters for it Regret (from Zenonia 1) being one of them.
