    Hi All,

I've compiled a small but growing list so far of Mobile/Social Publishers and Developers who clearly promote and offer mobile game developers funding and or publishing partnerships. Was hoping if anyone knew of others that they could add to this list. I will update of course :)

    Much appreciated.

    Great guys!!

I am looking for funding of my Handbook of Tropical Medicine in order to pay for a game developer to produce mini game tutorials for lots of different diagnostic techniques, should be really fun and extremely innovative, so I am hoping it'll attract some money.

Do you guys know of any that specifically target educational apps?

www.TapJoy.com has been known to assist with funding, very few strings attached. However it's best if you include their analytics in your already existing apps to show that you can get players to convert, and that it's worth their money to invest.

Also Activision and Flurry have a mobile publishing arm, they offer funding and publishing if you can pull off something that will meet their standards- https://s.activision.com/social/mobile.html

This post helped a lot. I'll help updating this list if I come across any new publishers.

You could consider nVidia too. Though nVidia's Tegra platform is only available on Android, they will still allow you to publish your games to iOS. nVidia has helped indie devs such as Vector Unit and Madfinger Games immensely.

They will help you to code to Android and give you free publicity and marketing, but nevertheless this will help your development on an iOS version too. Just my 2 cents!

Do any devs care to share any good/bad experiences they've had with any publishers?

I decided to list all mobile publishers I've found so far to a public Google Doc at http://bit.ly/MobiPub . Check it out and feel free to edit and share!
