Got this on my iPod touch 4g, has anyone 'double dipped' and got iPad version too?
I am wondering if it is worth getting it.....

I'm really liking it but am puzzled by some of the changes from the first DH. I like the old ui for sorting gear better though I do dig that I can uneqip and sell stuff I'm wearing from the merchant screen.

The biggest thing I miss is the removal of the mini map! Why?!?

    Yes!

Glad I waited for the inevitable iPad HD version! I really hope I don't get screwed with a price drop!

It seems you are a winner... But well no need to be a fakir to know that and even that there will be cheaper in the future, just the time for it happens is not known for sure. :)

In six months it will be 99c .... But hey, I took eternal legacy and there I lost.
In the price game we win and loose. I normally. Win, but sometimes decide to just take the toll when I feel like giving some support.

Indeed.....hahaha.....i thought exactly the same when i bought this.... ;)

I first studied the price changes from other Gameloft HD games to see a trend....and i was pretty sure this will stay for at least a couple of days and then it will go up again. :D

How does this compare to Dungeon Hunter HD? Is it worth playing through that one first? I'm at lvl 10 in the original but wondering if it's worth finishing or moving onto the 2nd because of big improvements?

I would go ahead and enjoy DH1 first. Both are great games and really not that different. The main advantages of DH2 are length of game and the ability to save position anywhere on exit. The size does not matter for you since you have DH2 to play afterward. The saving is bigger but if you get used to it in DH2 you may find it harder to go back and play DH1.

Yeah the not saving exactly where you are or multitasking drives me crazy. I never know where it's going tomout me but at least it does seem to save stats and equipment changes etc no matter where you save. How long a game would you say DH1 is?
