After downloading arena on my laptop and running the .exe, I transferred the folder with the complete game to my iPad using google drive and iFile on iPad. I put it in my var/mobile/documents corresponding with my C: drive. When I run the TES Arena install, it works fine and let's me choose sound and music cards. No matter what I choose, after choosing done, it says: Disk is full. You need at least 0 (0MBytes) free. Any help (or step by step guidance) is greatly appreciated.
