Alas, I never got a chance to expand the game. So the lite version and full version are identical with the exception that the lite version is limited to two player human vs. computer. The full version has four players of any combination human or computer.

I really liked the board game feel of Mother Lode, especially the chance to control the NPC pieces (space worms, space squids and space pirates). It just needed a bit of refinement and especially marketing.

I haven't heard of it until I saw it in a list somewhere these few days, and I have been looking for more iOS board/card/dice games for quite a while now...

Looking forward to your next iOS boardgame.

I did what I could regarding marketing. Got in touch with the various review sites. Not many paid much attention. Probably because, let's face it, the game is rough. You hit the nail on the head with it needing refinement. Almost a year after release I can definitely see glaring problems in the original design.

I would love to revisit the game, but now that I have a full time job any development will be relegated to evenings and weekend.
